Yes, we understand things can happen and variations may be required. 

If you already have an existing order: Please provide your Order Number, which begins with BVC followed by six digits (found in your Order Confirmation email).

• For changes to Order Addresses, Dates, Surprise Delivery, Recipient Name, Contact Phone, Email or other details, if you havent already, please open a chat with us and ask to speak with an agent, or Call Us for any changes for orders due within 72 hours. Later, you can just reply to the order confirmation email.
• If you need to include an add-on from our Party Accessories or any additional item from our Standard Cake or Cupcake collection, please order it directly online. In the cart notes of your new order, include your existing Order Number for reference.

• If you require further customization or have additional requests or content to be updated or removed, please provide detailed information about your requirements. This will allow us to discuss and confirm any potential impact on pricing or the next steps, if applicable given the timeframe.

When adding to an existing order, select the right option in cart to avoid additional delivery charges.
