AfterPay on Checkout Issue

In rare instances, only Afterpay payment method shows when you initially enter checkout. Simply enter your address details and this will update to all available methods. This is an issue caused by our eCommerce provider who we are actively working with to resolve.

Payment Methods

We have several mode of payments available. For online and phone payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX. Paypal and Afterpay is also available for online transactions. You can also pay with cash in our Darlinghurst store. Bank Transfer is also possible with enough notice to ensure transfer is completed. Invoice/quote short credit facilities are available for corporate account orders with significant order history. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.

Order Deposits and Payment

We do not confirm retail orders without full payment. We do not take partial deposits.

All our online store products (excluding cookie cakes) can be ordered with as little as a day's notice. So if you're after a product for a specific date, but you don't yet have funds secured, you can hold off ordering till close to the event. You can also ask to place a draft order with us, so we can preschedule your order in our system.
