What days of the week can I pick up an order?

• You can choose a pick-up time slot between 8:05 AM and 1:30 PM from Monday to Friday, or between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM on Saturdays. We only offer Delivery on Sundays.

I need to change the pick-up time. How can I do that?

• To change your pick-up time, please provide us with your Order Number, which begins with BVC followed by six digits, and let us know the new time you would prefer. 

Who is notified when an order is picked up?

• When an order is picked up, an order fulfillment email is sent to the client for confirmation.

Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

• Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. They will need to provide your Order Number, which begins with BVC followed by six digits, to facilitate the pick-up with written authorisation from the email address used to place the order.
