For order cancellations, we are able to offer refunds if you need to cancel your order at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the delivery/pick-up date. If your order needs to be cancelled within 3 days of fulfilment, we would need to assess production costs already incurred. 

Please ask for an 'Agent' on online chat, or call us to process your cancellation request.

Please note that refunds will be processed in the next 48 hours and will reflect your account within 7-10 days. 

Last minute cancellation is only allowed within 30 minutes after an order is placed.
