Can I add a card / message or note to an order?Updated 8 months ago

Absolutely! You can add a Greeting Card to your order to include a personal message of up to 40 words. Please note that, due to printing limitations, we are unable to use colored text or include any emojis or images on the card. This ensures your message is conveyed clearly and elegantly. 

You can add your message on the product that has the greeting card, or in the Order Message box on the cart page.

If you have already placed your order and wish to add a greeting card, you can easily purchase an additional card to be included with your existing order. When doing so, please indicate your existing Order Number (BVC followed by six digits), which can be found in your Order Confirmation email, in the notes section.

Important: When you check out, select "PICK UP" instead of "Delivery." This allows us to adjust the delivery details without incurring an additional delivery fee. Including your Order Number ensures a seamless integration of your greeting card with your initial order.

If you prefer not to include a card, we can place your message on the product instead. Simply ask to speak to an agent on our Online Chat.
