• Clear Location Identification: Please provide a gate number (if applicable) or a readily identifiable landmark accessible by road and visible on Google Maps (a link is greatly appreciated).
• Precise Location: To facilitate a smooth delivery, please provide the recipient's company name, floor number, and suite (if applicable). Alternatively, you can designate reception as the delivery point.
• Time Constraints: Our couriers operate under strict time limitations for each delivery point. A maximum of 5 minutes for arrival, offloading, and departure at each location is essential.
• Contact Information: Provide two contact names with mobile phone numbers for efficient coordination.
• Driver Notification: Indicate if you wish the driver to contact a designated individual upon arrival or prefer earlier notification for pre-arranged meet-up within the building.
