We can deliver to Marinas, Parks and Yachts with pre-notification. Please understand that it's our experience delivering to these locations that we know the complications that can arise, so we want to be best prepared to ensure smooth hassle-free delivery.

For delivery windows smaller than 2 hours, please call us to arrange the specifics and to confirm we will be able to do. Confirmation can take up to 24 hours.

It is also important you provide us:

• A Pier name or number for a Marina. Or for other locations, a clear landmark that is accessible by road and can be seen on Google Maps - you can share the link with us, using this simple method. 
• A maximum time of 5 minutes from arrival to departure at each delivery location for the couriers. They are very restricted in time allotted for each location. 
• Two contacts with mobile numbers.

Deliveries to these certain locations have restrictions. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the person ordering that couriers can access the delivery location - this is particularly important with loading docks. The more information that can be provided assists in making a successful delivery. Attempts will be made to contact all parties on the order to achieve a successful delivery if the courier is experiencing difficulties with obtaining the correct location.
