For many years, we've offered streamlined service to major Sydney hospitals including, St. Vincent's, St. Vincent's Hospital RPA, North Shore Hospital, Westmead Hospital, Sydney Eye Hospital, and Concord Hospital, among others. 

Ensuring Seamless Delivery:

• Precise Location: To facilitate a smooth delivery, in the shopping cart notes, please provide us the specific location within the hospital complex, including the wing, department or ward where the recipient is located.  Alternatively, you may choose to have the delivery left with reception (check with the hospital this is possible).
• Time Constraints: Our couriers operate under strict time limitations for each delivery point. A maximum of 7 minutes for arrival, offloading, and departure at each location is essential. So your accurate information will ensure successful delivery.
• Contact Information: Any onsite contact name and numbers would also be helpful.
• Meet on Site: Indicate if you wish the driver to contact a designated individual upon arrival or prefer earlier notification for a pre-arranged meeting point.

Deliveries to these certain locations have restrictions. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the person ordering that couriers can access the delivery location - this is particularly important with loading docks. The more information that can be provided assists in making a successful delivery. Attempts will be made to contact all parties on the order to achieve a successful delivery if the courier is experiencing difficulties with obtaining the correct location.
