• Time Constraints: Our couriers operate under strict time limitations for each delivery point. A maximum of 5 minutes for arrival, offloading, and departure at each location is essential.
• Contact Information: Provide two contact names with mobile phone numbers for efficient coordination.
• Security Clearance: To expedite delivery at secure facilities, kindly grant us security clearance at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

Driver Notification: Indicate if you wish the driver to contact a designated individual upon arrival or prefer earlier notification for a pre-arranged meeting point.
