Delivery Expediency:  For time-sensitive deliveries requiring a window shorter than 2 hours or before 9:00 AM, kindly contact our team via phone or email to confirm feasibility. Confirmation may take up to 24 hours.

Ensuring Seamless Delivery:

• Clear Communication:  To facilitate a smooth delivery, please provide the recipient's name, contact information, and the specific location within the Sydney Opera House (e.g., stage door, performer dressing room, production office).
• Security Clearance:  For deliveries requiring access to secure areas, kindly initiate the security clearance process at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
• Time Constraints:  Our couriers operate under strict time limitations.  A maximum of 5 minutes for arrival, offloading, and departure at the designated location is essential.
• Driver Notification:  Indicate if you wish the driver to contact a designated individual upon arrival or prefer earlier notification for a pre-arranged meeting point within the venue.
