How do I choose the pick up date and time for my online order?

• On the shopping cart page of our site, you can select Darlinghurst Pick up just above the green checkout button. From there you can select the date you would like to pick up.

Can I eat your products in-store?

• Our store does not have any dine in or seating facilities. Our Darlinghurst store front can only accommodate pick ups. 

Do you sell cake boxes, individual cake decorations or any other cake making tools?

• Apart from candles and balloons to accompany our cupcake and cake products, we do not sell cake decorating or cake packaging supplies. We suggest Cake Decorating Supplies in Alexandria NSW 2015.

Do you sell coffee or any other products in store, besides cake and cupcakes?

• No. Except for special seasonal offers, which we would advertise on our site, we focus on producing the best celebration cakes and cupcakes in Sydney.

Do you have any other retail stores besides Darlinghurst?

• At present, we have only one retail store located in Darlinghurst. However, we are pleased to offer delivery services throughout Sydney, ensuring that you can enjoy our products no matter where you are in the city. 

Do you have a direct phone number for your store?

• Unfortunately, we don't. Please connect with us online and we will do our best to get in touch with our store.

Is the Darlinghurst Retail Store wheelchair accessible?

• Unfortunately our store has three steps to enter and the building management we lease from does not provide any wheelchair access facilities.

What can I buy off-the-shelf?

• Our full size designer cupcakes are available fresh daily for purchase in store, subject to availability. We often sell out around midday, so we strongly suggest you pre-book your order at least a day before, or as early as possible on the day of pick-up so we can guarantee your order. We will contact you immediately if we have any issues fulfilling your order. 
  
  We do keep a small selection of cake sponges available to make cakes same-day, however the decorating process can take up to 90 minutes, depending on existing orders. We suggest Contacting Us in advance, or you're welcome to place your order and wait in one of the many great coffee shops on Darlinghurst Road or Victoria Street.

What payment facilities do you have?

• We accept all major cards, including AMEX as well as Cash.

Do you offer discounts/vouchers?

• We have our refer-a-friend promotion available from time-to-time.

I will be travelling for several hours after I pick up my order. Is that safe?

• Please let us know in advance so we can further chill your order to reduce risk of damage. Refer to our Product Care page for more information.
